PLEASE READ IMPORTANT :

Once payment has been authorised, the gift/package will be shipped to you by sea and will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks time to arrive. Once we have mailed the gift/package to you we will promptly email you the shipment tracking number so you can track the shipment progress of your gift/package.

As the gift is a free complementary item, there for the gift can not be refunded nor replace with another item once it has been shipped out to you.

Should your shipping home address ( NOT YOUR EMAIL ) is different from what you have provided during your purchase, please email us your new address at support@cloudstars.com and please provide us with your new correct shipping address so we could safely deliver the gift/package to you. Please do so within 1 day of receiving the purchase confirmation email from SHARE-IT or from CLOUDSTARS as we will normally sent out your gift/package on the second day of you receiving this email. PLEASE QUOTE the ORDER number in your email so we could promptly reply.
